Coordinate the Delivery of a Large-Scale Electrical Infrastructure Project

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee PMO and coordination activities on a complex substation and cabling project. The position is full-time for an initial 12-month period, with the possibility for extension.

This role is focused on planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting. The position offers the chance to work directly with delivery teams to ensure all activities are tracked, aligned, and progressing according to plan.

About the Role

The Project Manager will support the day-to-day coordination of engineering workstreams. Based on-site in Copenhagen, Aarhus, or Kolding, you will collaborate with technical leads, suppliers, and senior stakeholders to ensure that planning, documentation, and execution processes are robust and consistent. You will help structure key governance routines, maintain oversight of critical milestones, and ensure timely communication between all stakeholders involved in the delivery of substation and cable system works.

Main Responsibilities

• Support schedule tracking, milestone planning, and project progress reporting
• Manage project documentation, risk logs, meeting minutes, and decision tracking
• Coordinate governance routines, team meetings, and stakeholder updates
• Align cross-functional teams on timelines, deliverables, and status checkpoints
• Facilitate clear and timely communication across disciplines and contractors
• Identify project risks and escalate issues where necessary

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or PMO roles in energy or infrastructure projects
• Ability to coordinate schedules, deliverables, and governance in complex settings
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
• Excellent organisational and documentation capabilities
• Comfortable working on-site and within cross-disciplinary teams
