Deliver High-Impact Electrical Design for a Major Power Project

A significant electrical infrastructure project is being delivered in the region of Fyn, requiring the expertise of a skilled Medium Voltage Electrical Engineer to support the design and implementation of cable systems and substations. The position starts immediately and runs full-time for a minimum of one year, with the possibility for extension.

This is a technical role where your contribution will help shape critical systems that support grid performance and reliability.

About the Role

The Medium Voltage Electrical Engineer will lead the design and engineering of medium voltage cable systems and associated substation infrastructure. The work will be based primarily on-site at a client office in Copenhagen, Aarhus, or Kolding, with regular travel to the project site on Fyn.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to develop safe, compliant, and high-quality electrical systems. This role offers full integration into an experienced project delivery team.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering and detailed design for medium voltage cable systems and substations
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, technical standards, and safety regulations
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to align system interfaces and project timelines
• Visit the site on Fyn regularly to support design validation, planning, and on-site implementation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports throughout the design process
• Provide clear and structured input into technical discussions, planning, and procurement activities

What We are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in medium voltage electrical engineering, including cable and substation design
• Strong understanding of applicable electrical safety regulations and technical standards
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders
• Willingness to work primarily on-site and travel regularly to the Fyn project location
• Strong communication and documentation skills within a technical and project-oriented environment
